Plastering

Plastering is a specialist technique that requires skill and experience. APM Team have had the experience on residential and commercial building and have produced quality work .

Carpentry

From minor remedial repairs through to complete renovations and major refurbishments for both residential and commercial properties. We take care of building extensions and modifications, structural alterations, general timber repairs, heritage restorations and general home improvements.

With over 30 years’ experience in carpentry and joinery services we are the experts in outdoor timber work including carpentry for decks, pergolas, carports and outdoor entertaining areas. Our internal work includes repairing and replacing doors and windows, laying and finishing flooring and designing and installing any other made-to-measure joinery you may require.

Electrical Services

Our fully licensed and accredited electricians are trained in the latest technologies and are able to rewire and install new systems for new or existing homes or commercial premises including ceiling fans, spas, swimming pools, garage doors, CCTV security systems, home theatre installations, alarm systems and data points.

Clients will be provided a certificate of compliance for all work.

Roofing / Guttering

In addition to providing a full range of repair and maintenance services to roofs, fascias, downpipes and gutters in both the domestic and commercial sectors we will also find and fix that annoying leak and clean gutters.

Our workers are trained in safe work practices at height and we can also provide services using elevated work platforms, anchor points and scaffolding.

Furniture Removals

The relocation or removal of office equipment and furniture is simply part of the range of our service to the commercial sector. Whether this is simply moving items within a building or relocating them elsewhere. In addition, we have some temporary storage capacity available and are able to meet all your needs.

With many years of experience working on office and commercial refurbishment projects, APM can coordinate your complete defit and fit out from concept and design through to completion and handover.

We wil take care of all fixtures and fittings and arrange for the relocation and/or disposal of existing items and coordinate the installation of new items.

Residential Design & Renovation Projects
